SHIPPING POLICY FOR SOULA

At Soula, our aim is to deliver handcrafted, sustainable products to your doorstep with care. Because our items are created by local women artisans, our shipping process reflects the time and dedication required for these unique crafts.

1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to addresses across India. Whether you are in our home base of Navi Mumbai or elsewhere in the country, we strive to reach you.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Standard Orders: All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days.

  • Since our products are handcrafted, some high-demand or intricate items may require additional preparation time. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

3. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Local Delivery (Navi Mumbai): Usually delivered within 2 to 3 business days after dispatch.

  • Domestic (Rest of India): Usually delivered within 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.

  • Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances or peak holiday seasons.

4. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order has been handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this number to monitor the journey of your sustainable products.

5. PACKAGING

In line with our vision to conserve the planet, Soula uses eco-friendly and sustainable packaging materials whenever possible to minimize our environmental footprint.

6. DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS

We take great care in packaging our artisan-made goods. However, if you receive your order damaged:

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

  • Contact us at sarmitadey@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage so we can assist you with a replacement or resolution.

7. INCORRECT ADDRESSES & UNDELIVERED PARCELS

Soula is not responsible for undelivered packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details (including the Navi Mumbai 410209 area format if applicable) before finalizing your order.
